I have gone on to my account on YouTube and i have watched one of my own videos and the sound is missing.
and it says this
Because this video has been claimed by a copyright owner, statistics cannot be made public.
the content i have use is completely what i have created myself and the sound came from one of youtube's audio swaps songs
so why has this happened and why is there no message at all about it anywhere on my account other wise

If you're sure that YouTube have removed the song by mistake, then email them and tell them so.
However, I feel it's far more likely that the audio swap song, despite being available at the time, has now been removed by the creator from the audio. This could be because they've decided to enforce their copyright, or someone who has bought the rights to the song has decided to, or for any other number of reasons. Best thing to do is just use another audio file from the swap bank.
I had this on one of my videos recently. I'd used the 'AudioSwap' feature to change the background noise to a song from youtube's library. Those songs are time restricted as to their use, meaning that youtube have only licensed them for say 12 months etc. I did have an email from them in the last few days telling me about this.
