what is 'repeated harrasment'

I got charged with harrasment in 2007 and had 150 hours community service does this classify as repeated harrasment, reason for asking is moral turpitude dictates it doesnt allow repeated harassment, and Im due to travel to florida in 2011 january and am very concerned

also on the ETSA form I put down 'no' to crimes involving moral turpitude which seemed suitable any choice words people?

TBH, from your posts, nothing anyone says to you on here is going to put your mind at rest is it? Nothing will allay your concerns till you are actually in the country i guess. Plus, even if someone were to say "you'll be ok" how do you know that's true till you get there?

well no, ofcourse there are no oracles here, I simply want to know not being a hardened criminal having my travel arrangements sorted out and basically looking very suitable should I be ok? I will ofcourse not be taking anything to cause concern, ok I am asian, I hope this doesn't work against me, Im not stating americans are racist but sure until I go I would be at rest, I have been to america in 1994, 2005 but this is the first time after my conviction in 2007.

I should probably not fret, be relaxed be honest and I should be ok. I am travelling alone and ofcourse this may work against me?

If you are uncertain then the 'correct' advice is that given by the US Embassy - that is, apply for a visa and let them decide.

Without detailed knowledge of what you did no one here can make any realistic comment about youtr legal situation

I texted my ex girlrfriend a few messages in 2007 saying "i wish the worst for you, etc etc, I never threathened, i also called her and hung up multiple times"
