please help wrongly accused

My so called friend lost her bank card and apparently 15 mins after she left me money was withdrawn and she has accused me.

She said the police are involved and I'm petrified. I live with my parents and do not want police at my door.

I dont know what to do can anyone help

is there any way I can find out if she has gone to the police and contact them myself?

Yep ... tell her to contact the bank, and the Police, and ask them to check the time of the withdrawal, and which machine was used, and to preserve the security camera recording.

Hi all sorry I posted the question twice. This all apparently happened on Monday she only told me about it yesterday I'm in two minds as to whether to go to a police station myself to see if she has reported me

As I said on your other thread, I can't see it would do any harm, and it would ease your mind. It still sounds like she is looking for someone to blame for her losing her card and having money taken out of her account. You only have her word for it, remember. Have you told your parents yet, btw? They might be able to support you through this - I think you need to tell them.

Go to the Police station yourself, and tell her you have.

That will show her that you are serious about showing her it wasn't you and, to some extent, call her bluff.

I spoke to my ex who also knows her and he's said not to go he said they won't help me and I don't know what station she went to if she did
