Legal to fit but not legal to use : )

Should be constant sound, multi-tone allowed (like twin air-horn)

Multi-tone horns are what the police and other emergency services use, (Nee-naw), and they are definitely not allowed for use by the general public. They were banned in 1973. Strangely, it's legal to sell them, but illegal to use them! Twin horns are perfectly legal so long as they operate together to produce a single sound.
