You can only generate the magazine acreage and TV airtime devoted to celebrities if people buy the mags and watch the progs. The unabated interest in both couples, and similar celebrities shows that there is massive interest in them - not in Kim A's area, or mine for that matter, but for each of us who don't care, there are thousnads who do.

You must be aware of just how manipulative the press can be -

the perceived wisdom is that Victoria Beckham is 'miserable', so any pap who has a shot of her smiling simply junks it, because the 'miserable' photos are the ones the mags buy, and publish, so they are the ones used to create, and perpetuate the image that Victoria Beckham is miserable. It's a self-fulfilling prophesy - and i am sure she is as aware of it as anyone, but cares a lot less.

not in the slightest. n i buy papers n am sick of seein Danielle Lloyd (celeb BB) n gemma atkinson with the boobs anging out every f**king day. there is plenty of interesting stuff to put in papers

i've stopped buying mags now, coz yeah theyre just full of rich minor celebs. and if i see another "celebrity" diet, I'll scream! however i do admit to watching that jordan and peter programe, and i like it, its funny, haha.

I saw one particularly awful headline on one of those trashy mags. Something about "Peter was so ill at one point he didn't know who I was" - an exclusive interview with Jordan. Normal people would be devastated if their husband or wife was that ill with meningitis, but not her, no. Off she trots to make a pot more money out of the idiots who'll buy that rubbish!! Shame on her.....
