Why can`t Fern just admit defeat and concede that she`s a natural fatty, she`s lost a few stone and gone down to a size 14..big deal, she looks awful for it

Did anyone see her last Thursday morning with the ugliest, most inappropriate dress in the world on? It was cream, with cut-out shoulders, and fussy everywhere else.
She has a lovely face and if she just dressed better she would look really lovely.

Don't you think she looked better fat? I think losing weight too quickly makes her look old,tired and haggard. Nice lady though!!

I like Fern, but have to agree with sheila - I happened to see that dress that cazzz mentioned too, it was a really weird thing to wear during the day, I thought perhaps it was a special occassion or something?

I like Fern but I dont think her dress sense does her any good. That "Princess Leah" dress looked terrible on her. She seemed to look better when she was bigger but no bigger than that! Coleen is never a size 8,more like a 12-14!

Fern is not a natural Fatty. If you've see pics of her when she was younger and pre children and depression, you would know that.
She's been suffering with depression for years which has been a huge contributor to her weight gain and some women just find it harder than others to shift the weight after having children.
I think Fern looks lovely slim or fat but I congratulate her for wanting to lose weight for herself and because of health reasons.
At least Fern has been private about it all unlike Vanessa Feltz who was so OTT when she lost weight.

I love Fern and I think she looks great now, but I also think she looked great when she was chubby.
She does look more haggard since losing weight though.
