What film ??

I am trying to remember the name of a film I use to watch over and over again a few years ago. It would have been made in the early 90's and was about a man who died and then had to be judged based on events in his life to see what happened next, in one scene it shows him turning down the chance to buy shares in Casio before they were a massive company. I remember he meets a woman and the end is them going away on different coaches but they get off and meet each other.......sorry this is so vague.....all i can remember...

I was watching this film on itv about 8 months ago about this family of black people who always go and eat sunday dinner over there grandmas house but there grandma goes into hospital and the whole family breaks up and are always arguing about the family house. one of the women her partner cheats, the others partner goes to jail and the little boy brings the whole family back together by saying hes found money and the money was in there uncles tv the whole time. if you now the name of this film please tell me thanks a lot.
