no court session today , i have no sympathy for CM if what he said in a statement, and the evidence provided by the prosecution, he was guilty of gross negligence.

No, it's a media circus, and if they find him guilty, then i believe he will have been treated badly. Michael Jackson, a lovely singer in his day was a deeply disturbed individual, and quite where the awful family were in all this, not looking after him that's for sure.
