Sorry, but I just don't find him funny. Do you? I liked him years ago, especially in Phoenix Nights, but he seems to have got way too big for his boots (pun intended) and thinks anything he says in that Bolton accent will have people falling about. Not me. You?
I like him, I went to see him years ago and really enjoyed myself. His humour is more gentle than the type of humour I normally like but I generally laugh watching him.
Ah, he's ok. I absolutely love him as Brian Potter, and I also like the sketches he did at the "services". Mr softy (the ice cream man) is probably one of my fave comedy sketches.
Unfortunately, I do find him a tad repetitive. One DVD is enough, as he tends to do the same gags over and over.
Michael Buble is a massive fan of his and, if it's good enough for the Buble, then it's good enough for me! :-)
