Mrs jd and I both had to get the tissues out, how brave of Sol's parents to let the programme go ahead, but what a wonderful job they do at GOS.

Sadly pusskin, Sol didn't make it.
If organ donation was made law it would solve the problems.
I just watched it as well. I knew as soon as they said about his kidneys :-(

I couldn't do that job. I just wouldn't have the strength. I have so much admiration for those doctors and nurses.
oh no. I'm running 10 mins late where i've kept running it back, so he hasnt died yet, bless him. SO Sad jd
Ah, wasnt sol a brave young boy. It must be heartbreaking to be in the position that you have to watch over your kiddies like that.
Bless his little heart and so glad the others made it to go home again.
Not watched it yet, spoiler alert wouldn't have gone amiss!
there is nothing in the title or q giving it away phil
how brave of Sol's parents to let the programme go ahead,
----------------------------------

Sounds like a give away to me bednobs!
why did you read it if you knew you were going to watch it later then??
Philatz, if you're running late on a programme, why do you click on it? Bless Sol.
Agree with you bednobs.
Just glanced at it in the threads list. Not a criticism, just that some put something like:

***SPOILER ALERT***

<Shrugs and gets coat....>
lol phil, i think we'll have to agree to disagree :)

Sorry Phil to have spoilt it for you, never thought about a Spoiler Alert, will do next time though.
I watched it. Just full of admiration for the dedication and skill of doctors and surgeons.
jd, no need to apologise I'm sure. Spoiler Alerts are usually used when a plotline is about to be revealed, so that it doesn't spoil it for someone who doesn't want to know the story.
If you had Spoiler Alerts for every programme discussed on here, no one would discuss anything.
