One Tree Hill

Does anyone know when One Tree Hill is going to come back on E4 as it's been going Stateside since about the same time as he OC started there and we're only about 6 weeks behind r maybe even less.

It seems ages since the series 1 was on and E4 split series 1 up into 2 halves but kept saying - end of series and new series in September - when in fact I knew from the fox website that it was all 1 series
