interested in buying a treadmill

im interested in buying a treadmill (nothing fancy) and i have noticed the cheapest ones appear to be 'non motorised.' how does this work and is it sturdy & good? Thanks

swollen ankles - any ideas?

my 19 yr old sister is currently suffering from anorexia, and one of the side problems is the fact her ankles are beginning to swell, which she says is quite painful. all the doctors are guessing this...
