the guys who picked the 727 said its only fate would be to rust away in the desert if they not bought it to crash in this experiment but it still cost $300.000 ?? huh why not give it away then,
the woman removed the black box saying "yes it is intact" !! the whole of the mid /rear section was structurally undamaged ! could not see the point of all this apart from re-routing the overhead cables in future designs,plus planes crash in a multitude of scenarios from belly landing "no one hurt",to hitting the ground nose first sat 450mph as one 737 did in the US leaving practically nothing left to find of the 737 or all of it full load of passengers.
