Interference

I am trying to find information about a television show shown in the 1980's called Interference. It included the ghost of an old woman in the television and the electricity kept going out. Anyone know?

Finally I have found someone else who remembers this. The previous answer is not the program we are thinking of. Boof, I posted a similar question a few months back but nobody could remember it and I though I was going nuts. I saw it in school and  I thought (rightly or wrongly) that is was kind of like those stories they showed Look and Read, with Wordy. Serch engines don't help much though. I would love to get more info as , as a chils at the time, it scared the pants off of me. My memory say that it was about a family that moved to a new house in the country and they had trouble with the generator . Also something about the Ghost only appearing when the parents argued.
