I've never heard of the above on Anglesey, where fizz and Tyrone were apprehended. Am I wrong?

No.
In most tv dramas and soaps they either change the name and/or location of the pub or dress up a building that is not a pub. For example, the Aidensfield Arms in Heartbeat is really the Goathland Hotel, they just changed the signage.
next you'll be telling us there is no Queen Vic, Albert Square or indeed Walford in east London.
No definitely no Hope & Anchor on Anglesey. Did any of you notice that the landlady had a lovely South Wales acent? Of course it could b posible that there's a south wales lady running a B & B in North Wales but nearly every time there's somebody from Wales in a TV drama they'll have the stereotypical "south" welsh accen. Grrr Also, the police uniforms were wrong as the police have HEDDLU on their jackets. I wish programmers would get it right!
