best musical, with colm wilkinson as Jean Valjean, in the show, as much as i liked the film, it didn't do it justice musically, visually stunning, but some of the singing left a lot to be desired and didn't like some of the cast of the film, love Russell C, but he can't really sing.

I've not seen many but I'm a pleb and I'd rather watch Greece than Les Mis.

My absolute favourite musical though is Sondheim's Sweeney Todd.

there are few musicals i dislike, love, Mary Poppins, Wizard of Oz, Calamity Jane, West Side story, which apart from Les Mis, has the best musical score ever created.
