I fell asleep about 10-15mins before the end of BB last night & missed the bit about Makosi being in the diary room saying something about not coming on BB to have a baby?

Can anyone fill me in & did I miss anything else?

Yeah as Deore was saying she went in and was saying that she had always thought she'd go over to Ireland to conceive her first child as there was some Irish name she wanted to call it. Unless it was all an act, she sounded like she actually believes she is pregnant...unless the house is slowly turning her mad...

I read that she took the morning after pill 2 days later, just within the 72 hour deadline.......but she hasn't told Vanessa or Kemal, and big brother blocked out anything to do with her taking it. As chazza said, she's a nurse, and she knows the score....she is taking the peewee.

The mention of ireland is significant. It is well known fact amongst African immigrants who are not legal in the UK that bearing a child in Ireland is an easy way to legalise their stay in the UK/EU as Ireland allows parents of children born in Ireland the right to live there (thus the UK) and the child gets automatic right to Irish Citizenship. The irish have realised that this is a loophole and are trying to plug it. This is often the topic of conversation amongst immigrants in the UK and many many use this loophole. I could not help but smile when Makosi mentioned Ireland.

the law in ireland has since changed to if she came here to have a baby just to get citzisenship she could still be deported.

Oh please let her go tonight. However I'm inclined to think that if she is in the top 2 they won't vote her out, either because they support her  or because they're frightened of her, although of course it would depend on who she was up against.

trionam, the law is still not very watertight. as the baby is irish by birth, the parents get to stay as otherwise it will be a human rights problem (why should the child have to live elsewhere without the parents when it has a right to live in Ireland!!). So it is a difficult one and the corts will allow the parents to live there as well...hence it is a loophole....and very well exploited may I add....as we speak a few have been born.

I think the top 2 will be Orla and Makosi. Craig and Anthony will keep Orla in for sure. vanessa and Derek will keep Makosi in. Now it all hinges on whether the vote by the housemates is secret. If it is, then kemal and Eugene will vote makosi out....so it will be makosi out. If the vote is not secret (i cannot imagine it will be so) then kemal will chicken out and vote makosi in.
