a friend has told me that camelot have backed down and are not increasing the lottery from £1 to £2 in september but i cant find any proof. does anyone know if this is true or not.? thanks.

I do Sat and Wed with plus five. I haven't read any articles yet so what will happen with the plus five, will that cost more too? If so I'll have to give some of it up which is difficult when you do the same numbers.
Me too. I'd stop it and just do the health lottery, but made t he mistake of having the same numbers. And it would be so difficult not to keep looking every wed and sat.

I would say it is NOT true.
(and we all wish that it was not so).
There has not been a backdown.
i think the answer is camelot will ignore any public outcry at the doubling of ticket prices
I refuse to pay double, what do you all think?
If we all agree, and we all refuse to play, they may back down.
They wont back down, these days they make more on the scratch cards then on the lottery.
When they double the ticket price I'll just play my regular numbers with no lucky dips so they're already down on their takings from me, the greedy **c*ers.
