Nicola gave Steve the figure of Declan's bid for the land and he outbid him then sold it to him for a profit. He will be looking for some more information
from Nicola in return for the money he's giving her. There's trouble ahead... I don't think she realises it yet, she's so greedy. As for Bernice, who knows?
