My friend who has been a nurse for 40 years said that when you have patients who need constant care (like the ones in the documentary) there should be 1 nurse to every 2/3 patients. She said it used to be like this and 2 or 3 nurses simply cannot give 11 patients the attention they need.
Whilst I was horrified by some of actions of the nurses in this I worry that the hospital will make a big show of sacking the nurses, but won't actually address the bigger issue.
