TV is just dire on both saturday and sunday evenings ! Its either dacing, singing competitions ! Sick to the back teeth of it all. Even the lottery show drags on and on.

Totally agree with you Purple. It hate Downton Abbey also - so over rated.
I tend to just watch a DVD or surf the interweb when the TV is bad or sometimes go out to get away from the tellyviz for a while.

You're right, all those channels and nothing really worth watching. I spend about 3 hours every day on the net but it's spread between fun leisure time and serious fact finding over the course of the day.
Sometimes I think I spend too much time on here so I may take some time away from this site to cut down my hours. I hate when people don't thank you for your help.

Could they not stop making programmes .There must be millions out there .Noticed that if the soaps have a story line which needs new props then you can be sure they will be used over and over again ,Like hospital beds and court rooms. Please no more bedside dramas and empty court rooms .Wh y when some one goes to the door in these reality shows and shake hands and enter a supposed strangers house the sound man /woman .cameraman/woman .lighting operator ,the auto cue have already been there for days before .
