Has anyone been watching this vehicle for C.J. De Mooi and is currently replacing eggheads.I can't begin to imagine how some of these people passed the auditions.On the evidence so far can't see much money being paid out.

Is it part of the BBC cut backs? Why pay for five eggheads when you can make a show with just one.
I think I prefer it to eggheads, although I didn't really like that much.

Saw the 1st half of Mondays show, that was enough for me. Whilst I agree some contestants are not very knowledgeable CJ's contempt for them does him no favours. So I agree with twix in that the guys a prat.

J Vine is very annoying. Going on passing auditions, maybe they choose less knowledgeable people so they don't have to pay much prize money.

I haven't watched this, but used to watch Eggheads until the whole smug lot of them annoyed me so much. What's wrong with Jeremy Vine, though? I did prefer Dermot, to be honest.

Yawn, yawn. The programme is so slow. If the contestants get a question wrong and CJ gets it correct they have to move to answer his question. Why can't they stay in the same place? CJ wasn't the most knowledgeable Egghead but think he did improve. Believe he came back as an Egghead because his acting career wasn't successful.

I saw this for ther first time last night, and i think my last time also.
I thought CJ was awful, a vile human being - would love to beat him (Prehaps with a stick!!) i suspect some of it was an act but what is entertainng about some one being that Nasty about another person. - i thought it was in a similar format as the Chase, which is much better, and at least on that when then take the micky it is done with a tonguw in cheek not like CJ - there was certainly some names being shouted at my telly last night!

An appalling programme with specially selected dumb contestants so that CJ appears clever - but like Anne Robinson he is given the answers in advance, and expects us to believe the authenticity by occasionally ducking one.
