Yes it is a natural function, but there are also many other natural functions that we possess but still don't find the need to display them openly in public.

I am just being objective and feel that mums should be aware that they could be embarrassing or offending others, and, as I have said, I object to the argument that because it is 'natural' it is fine, and that showing your boobs in public is fine because its what they were intended for. It's a rubbish argument!
Exactly, you do not need to really expose yourself to feed your baby. In this case, why did she feel it so necessary to complain and take it to the newspapers just because she was asked to drape a napkin over her shoulder? I would have just said, oh thanks! I think it's women like her that have an issue.

Yeah, they have their rules, if I was eating there I'd rather be next to that than trying to eat dinner next to a crying baby! Crying babies really DO *** me off in restaurants! Some places won't let you eat there without wearing a jacket and tie, or they don't allow shorts. Do we go to the newspapers when that happens?
