She's earning money, and no longer "sponging" off society as some people believe. The woman appears damned if she does and damned if she doesnt.

Whatever we think about her criminal record, her depression and her ability to make the best use of the benefits system, it is good that her children's prospects are looking better and there is love in the family

I like Dee as it happens...I like people seizing the opportunity to turn their lives around.We all live once..why don't we just be happy for other people...it's not that difficult. Isn't 'White Dee' just an updated version of Lizzie Bardsley?

She found 'fame' on Wife Swap in 2003 after claiming £38k a year in benefits for 8 kids and a work shy husband and went on to appear in various tv shows.

But as long as she's paying her taxes now and not claiming any benefits while she's earning money then what's the problem?

She'll have her '15 minutes of fame' and then disappear from our screens until the tv channels scrape together yet another tv show to make a 'celebrity' of one of Britains many broken communities.

I agree with whirly, she came across as nasty on CBB (edited or not she must have uttered the words!) I liked her before that. She is very knowledgeable.
