Uk got 5 points (I think) and 3rd from last, only Austria and Germany were below them (I think).
Dunno about Ireland.

It seems to me that our Euro think tank (whoever they may be) have an outdated idea of what makes a good Euro song. I think this years effort was OK but it stuck out in this years competition like an anachronism.
