Terry Wogan often (maybe rightly) received criticism for his droll commentaries on Eurovision. But now we have a total plank doing the job. It is so obvious that he is reading from an idiot board. Appropriate that.

Computer is so slow that I'm not sure if I am near the answer I am replying to! I haven't watched this for years - we have no chance of winning and politics seems to have taken over. Also, what is 'European'? It's all changed a lot. Having said that, I heard (by chance) our entry for this year and thoroughly enjoyed it! Quite a change from the pappy, ballady, forced up-beat stuff which has been on offer for years. Rather good IMHO - but no chance.
