Exactly bathsheba. I don't know why these celebrities look clean and good looking and then one day decide they should look like a hobo.
Beard = hobo

What an old-fashioned idea.
I normally like facial hair on a man, but a beard certainly doesn't suit Graham

i like it,
Haven't you mention you're one of them there er ...Hobo types, Ben?

/Beard = hobo

What an old-fashioned idea./

/And he suggested that he might have ruined beards for people, joking: "If I've got one they'll probably start shaving them off now. 'Graham Norton's got a beard - quick, lose it!' It will become deeply unfashionable/

Grahams words, not mine as you can see by his quote from Baldrics link but in general Good looking well groomed beard= Someone who likes to look good and feel great.

Messy unkempt beard=I've let myself go and enjoy looking like I have no money.

As an Ex RM with a Full-set I feel somewhat offended by that comment as well.
Who's Ben?

All I'm saying is that I know Gn as a clean cut gentleman and the beard doesn't look right but had I have met him already with a beard then maybe it wouldn't look so bad as I have nothing to compare it to but I would still think to myself that it could do with a bit of a wash and trim.
So you no longer fancy him because of the beard?
Question Author
I don't fancy him as I'm not homosexual although I can quite happily say as a masculine male fully in touch with my straightness and manhood that he's not a bad looking guy.
I'm surprised he hasn't had something done to those bags under his eyes, bless him...

fully in touch with my straightness and manhood

Its his business, beard or not.

If he likes it, its up to him, and just because hes a celeb, you don't own him.
