I thoroughly enjoyed the first programme last night, sooo glad it's back.
Those of us who enjoy the programme, what did you think of last nights cakes..was there one which was outstanding for you?
Do you have any hunches yet on who will win?
Did you agree with the first one out?
Let's have a total cake fest and indulge ourselves :o)

Flora seems very accomplished for her age and her BFG looked fab. In fact most of the gateax looked very professional, though I suspect Pinterest was a great inspiration for some of the designs - still, they were better than I could do.
I think the ones to watch at the moment are Marie, Nadia, Flora and Tamil,I think his name is. Only time will tell though.

Rocky, I agree with you almost word for word. All the BFGs looked so good I just wanted to get my face in any of them, and the chocolate trees and stuff on them were truly magnificent...apart from the elephant! The chocolate tempering had me interested too, can't decide if it's too faffy to bother with, or worth the effort at home.
About ten minutes into it I had the guy who was evicted down as the one to go, I just felt he was a bit too over confident and cocky.
I really liked the lady from Yorkshire, not necessarily because of her cake making but because she was quirky and funny, there were a few amusing quips to the camera.
Yes, it was interesting the way they edited the two Paul's, Eccles, ha, wonder what Mr. Hollywood makes of it...
Going to have a bash at a BFG, well, not me, him, he's the baker in this house!
