Is John Caudwell The Saddest Man In Britain?

Anyone see Anne Robinsons programme last night which featured the Billionaire John Caudwell who managed the no mean feat of mentioning his charity in every single sentence he uttered. There he was bumbling about in his Ivory tower looking like the saddest man in Britain. There was no mention of his criminal record for clocking cars many years ago! Just shows money can't buy you happiness but it can buy you the most shockingly tacky jackets I think I've ever seen.

No, I didn't see this....because I never watch programmes with people going on about how much, or how little, money they have - I'm just not interested in other peoples finances.
However, I did read something about the programme (in Radio Times?) and I just knew that this guy would have zero taste in anything!

Haha I notice the charity word every other sentence :)
His house was pretty tacky too! Yes he came across very sad and very lonely.I would have thought such a stupidly large house would make you feel even lonelier.

Just goes to show that money really can't buy you happiness. I felt sorry for him too.
