I only had that lucky chance because my sister worked on stage with her many yrs ago.

Trish and I wandered into a little back street bar in Paris and ended up being part of a small audience,maybe twenty or so, at an impromptu concert by Joan Baez.She entertained and talked to us for about an hour and a half before she had to go.Came across as not only a great singer but a genuinely nice person.
Many years ago I was sat on my bike waiting to cross the road ( I was doing my paper round). This yellow e type jaguar screeched to a halt beside me and out jumped a chap who was .. 'all hair and teeth' .. he shouted at me in a broad Belfast accent .. "Young fella, which road takes me to Stretford".
He looked very untidy and looked like he had been out all night.
I told him which one and said " he better get his finger out as it was 4 miles to get to Old Trafford and It was only 15 minutes until kick off ...
