I'm trying to remember this 80's TV show, there was a big black guy in it, with chains, who hated planes, a guy with a cigar, some other suave guy, some idiot, maybe someone else, and a van, they were wrongly convicted, but always managed to escape using a tracktor and some pipes. Anyone know what it was? Really bugging me now. The X factor, something like that.

The X Factor??  How silly billy is that!

It was the Dukes of Hazard

Damn, I think I remember that show - what WAS it called?

BTW does anyone remember the '70s programme about a rich oil family? The son had initials for a name he got shot once and there was also a poor family that they rowed with. They lived somewhere in America, possibly Dallas.

That was called Dynasty Shipstabber!
Oh! And did they always manage to convert something like a nasty mean tank into a safe but effective crime fighting machine like a cabbage gun? And they always defeated their enemies (who had machine guns) with this cabbage gun?! Hmmm rings a bell, cant quite think of it though

It was the B-Squad.

It was the A team.

Best one i saw was when then cut up a van, buried the parts in seperate holes and later dug them all up and put it all back together, started first time!!!

And they where terrible shots as no one ever got shot in the entire show.

The baddies always locked them in a branch of B&Q and the big guy would knock up a death star out of the contents of the hardware section and a roll of gaffer tape. The bad guys never learnt.

In 1972 a crack commando unit was sent to prison by a military court for a crime they didn't commit. These men promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade to the Los Angeles underground. Today, still wanted by the government, they survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire the ...........
