Has anyone been watching this Nordic saga - very very good - I must say Saturday nights on BBC 4 are one of my favourite slots. Did not quite follow the plot in the last episode. Has the trial been dropped thus letting the legal boss escape prison time ? And who is the white bearded assassin working for, ordering him to shoot the young boss in the closing scenes ?

I guess it was the other white bearded, Chairman of the Board.

My assumption was that Claudia, the lawyer, was given a few minutes to bid farewell to her son knowing she was facing some time in prison and that the 'hit-man' was, indeed, working for HR Christenson, the guy pulling all the strings.
