Agree, absolutely brilliant. Can't wait for next week's episode!
the background is here

http://www.derbyshire.police.uk/Documents/About-Us/Herne/Operation-Herne---Report-2---Allegations-of-Peter-Francis.pdf

incredibly one of the women impregnated by the undercover ( hur hur hur ) police officers was none other than one of the stars in the McLibel trial

the Herne report is a depressing white-wash
£15m of hand wringing and asking well what can we do ?
Yup. :-)
It's excellent.
It was a fitting end to the episode.

Posty - Bed now!!!
I'm really enjoying Undercover - I've seen the first three episodes and just read lengthy synopses of them - but still confused. Do we know why the dodgy police have got a hold on Nick? What dodginess has Nick been upto? I suppose all will be revealed in the last episode - or it won't be to prepare for a second series.
He was one of them wasn't he Rosie. He went undercover, fell in love with his now wife, and the police have a hold over him because his wife knows nothing of his life as a policeman in the team that killed Michael.

Is that what you mean?
