Is the Meg you are after the one who dated Blake and died on the beach. This was around 1992. if so i think the actress was called Cathy Godbold.

Wasn't it some other geezer that died on the beach - the one that was dating Angel (hmmmm) circa 1993?

Or do they all die on the beach in Home & Away?

Philandlil is right - Megan was dying of cancer, or leukaemia, and her last request when she knew she was dying was to go to the beach and watch the sunrise. She died there in Blake's arms.

Shane was the one that married Angel. He died from blood poisoning. Don't know if it was on the beach :-)
