Twins Peter and Susan from his relationship with Valerie Tatlock, plus a son (Lawrence, whom he only found out about in 2010) from his relationship with a short-term girlfriend. Bill Roache's own children played Lawrence and Lawrence's son, James.

Yes, his real son did play his son once, but don't know where he is now. Daniel, the young lad, is from his relationship with Denise, a hairdresser and the other lad (Adam) is his grandson, Susan's kid.
