I'm a newcomer to Tell the Midwife, and really like it (I didn't watch before because I don't like Miranda Hart) - but I can't stand Helen George or her character. But I'll keep watching!

I don't like Miranda Hart either, so have not watched any episode.

I enjoyed the first two series which were based on the memoirs of Jenny. Now it's all made up I don't watch it. It's just like watching a soap, which I don't.
