i know its a soap but how can you give a car away (the Porsche) you have to change ownership not to mention how do the hard up dingles get insurance for it ?

Knowing the Dingles, the Porsche won't be insured! And how does their grotty van pass its MoT - does the Dingle garage do MoTs? I must look out for the symbol next time there's an exterior shot......

You give the new owner the tear-off slip from the V5 and post the rest off to DVLA like you would in life.
Apparently they have a garage so might rely on trader cover.

One thing for sure, they won't run into you so don't worry.
