I used to live in Isleworth and would lie in bed and look up as it flew low over the house early in the morning. I could see its under carriage with the wheels down as it prepared to land at Heathrow. Fantastic sight.

Tamborine - sorry, have just seen your question. Yes, I did go to Barbados but didn't meet your friend. Too busy ogling all of the military who stayed at our hotel whilst sorting out the hurricane aftermath :)
