Sorry if this has been discussed recently
Myself and her indoors have just finished watching the final .
- We enjoyed the series - just as good as when it was on the beeb
- Prue Leith just as good as Mary Berry
- Sandi Toksvig - we didn't dislike her presenting
- Noel Fielding - Never heard of him before the show - wasn't sure if we would like him presenting - He's grown on us - We liked him in the end
- Paul Hollywood - dont think we would watch if he was not one of the judges
7 plus million viewers for the final - A success for C4
I bet the BBC secretly regret letting the show slip through their hands .
Anyone agree with my opinions ?
What is your opinion ?

I personally would replace Fielding with David Walliams (he made a fantastic judge on BGT) and Sandi T with Ruby Wax (I loves Rubes). Can you imagine the banter and innuendoes?
Regards this year, did Kate's longevity in the competition have anything to do with her accent?
Stephen peaked too soon, imo, and Sophie deserved to win.

I wouldn't say Paul Hollywood's comments are brutal - they are just the facts .
It is a competition and it would be wrong to pretend something was good when it isn't .
If something is underbaked / overbaked , then there is only one way to say that - and that is , it's under/over baked .
I would stick with the presenters and judges for the next series .
Toksvig and Fielding provide , i think , just the right level of mirth , Afterall, it's a baking competition and not a comedy programme .
Ruby Wax i beleive would be too overpowering and would be a too much of a distraction .
