I spotted there is a Neil Diamond convert on at 2.00 am in the morning.
Went to record it on my humax box and there are no programmes showing on channel 10 ITV3. The line is completely blank.
Anyone any ideas what is happening please.

Are you looking at the right 2am? ie the correct day?

It is showing 2.00am Sat 4th August on my box.

It is a repeat that was first shown in 2014.

Shows as Sat 4th 2:00 - 3:00 Neil Diamond: One Night Only so there shouldn't be a problem recording it.

The item is in my tv mag, it is under the Friday slot that carries over to Saturday morning.
But no programmes showing at all for the channel for today, the line is completely blank from as far back as Thursday morning to as far forward in the future as I can go.

There is no programme link to click on. Must be a fault with my humax box.

Maybe you need to re-tune your stations?

I would do a re-tune, caran. It can’t hurt.

I agree that you need to retune your Humax box.
I had to do ours a while back as several channels were not available.
Just to say that when you retune you will lose all of your programmes that are set to record. I write them down and then add them again day by day.
Unless you’ve ever found a +24hr button, I never have.

Do an auto re-tune (you'll find it easily through your 'Menu' button on the remote) and you'll find ITV 3 appears on Channel 10

Had the same problem with my humax box, don't do a re-tune, that will still not find ITV3 on 10. You need to do a "new installation" process, unfortunately you will lose all your recording settings for any programmes that you want to record, so you will have to set them up to record again.
