Got off to such a good start, but it now seems to have taken a downturn, in fact a nosedive.
For anyone in any authority it seems to be de riguer that they be women of various ethnicities, all poor actresses implausible and bullying. And what has happened to the script? just a lot of talking heads. Boring! I don't seem to care what happens next.

How could they not have made the connection between Budd and the sniper on the roof who shot his own brains out: that they served together in Afghanistan, and even attended a veterans' meeting together.
