What a load of PC pretentious amateurish drivel - we even had a 'sermon' at the end to ram home the point. And whichever numpty had the idea of casting Bradley Walsh in this should never work in TV again

how has it ruined Dr Who?
LoL....you do realise it is,
a) not a documentary, and
b) primarily a children's programme, don't you?
No I think Jodie Whittaker is quite good as Dr who
Why shouldn't a Time Lord be a woman?
have they had to introduce multisex loos for Daleks?
Bradley Walsh must be an asset, surely?
As I said on the previous thread on this if the plots and writing are poor it would be the same if it were a man or woman playing the character so pc has nothing to do with it
I actually haven't watched it for years. Is it worth a look?
^^ No. It is all a (Tran size) tissue of lies. (^_*)
As Bednobs said it's the writing that's lacking, same thing for poor Peter Capaldi, he couldn't have done any better with the load of nonsense he was given to portray and I thought he did it well, just as I've nothing against Jodie Whittacker for the same reasons. They need to bring on board decent writers, THAT's what ruins Dr Who not the actors themselves.
What's a Tran size, Togo?
I am pleased someone else realises this is a kiddies programme. I gave it up at about 10 years of age . Looks like some actually take this seriously :-)
PS: He Man and Skeletor are now the best of friends and will be competing on strictly next season.
Its political correctness goes way beyond having a female Doctor. The cast and today's plot are all about multi culturalism. The BBC are obsessed with embracing all colours and creeds, abilities and disabilities, and they go far too far with it
I think Ms Whittaker is a very limited actress. One dimentional in fact
She can't be a Time Lord. She will be a Time Lady.
Time Lady doesn't have the same ring about it, does it?
Seeing as all colours and creeds, abilities and disabilities, pay the licence fee what's wrong with them being represented.......exactly?
It's been established that the Dr has already been female at some point.

'I knew the Dr since he was a little girl' Missy said.
I was a bit bothered that tonight's episode could be over preachy but found it quite well done.
