The Cry - Spoiler Alert

In The Cry, a review of the story on a newspaper website said that she was stopped at airport security about the liquids which is why she had to decant them into smaller bottles. I watched all the episodes but I never saw this scene. Which episode was this in?

That newspaper article was probably the one which included this paragraph:
"Here's a run down of the twists and turns of the four part show - taken from Helen Fitzgerald's novel. All the twists detailed here are featured in the novel so may not be reflected in the drama"

i.e. the article was based on the content of the novel and not upon the adaptation for TV, so the scene you refer to was probably omitted from the screenplay. (If it was present it should have been at the very start).
