Years ago you were spoilt for choice with either proper entertainment comedy or good costume dramas like upstairs downstairs etc, I even went out last night in the howling wind :0(

I find Bradley W to be very versatile in all he does but more so a very funny man to watch

And I don't, Bobbi. I find it hard to differentiate his 3 main roles in tv series - Law And Order, Corrie and Dr Who - apart from the settings. Still, we can't all agree on everything, can we :-)

I like Bradley Walsh but I've only ever seen him on The Chase and that thing he did with his son when they travelled around the US. I've never seen him in an acting role.

Ken I confess to never watching Dr Who which by all intense and purposes started as kids TV on a early Saturday slot ,then last time I glimpsed at it, it was on a Sunday evening as I was getting ready to watch DOI at 6pm with two men ‘getting it on’
Bradley in Corrie I thought was a believable factory boss but as you rightly say, each to their own

I have never watched Takeaway. I got fed up with Ant and Dec years ago, and avoid anything they are in if possible.

In my very humble opinion, some actors play the part, others play themselves. Bradley Walsh is in the latter category. His next starring role is to be in the remake of Darling Buds of May. A role in which playing himself will most likely suffice. Especially as how he can probably say "Perfick" in the same accent as David Jason:-)
