Just finished watching series 2, which I thought was excellent. I found it hard to believe that the police didn't have the DNA on file of the drug dealer that was killed with the pipe. Anyone else think they turned a blind eye and saved Dunbar's character from prison?

god sorry I thought this was Vienna Blood set in 1900
and so when I got the DNA bit I er got a bit confused (*)

Wiener Blut is worth a look in English of course
terribly epxpensively done with fab interiors - cozzies not so good and plots like out of Midsommer doo dah or Morse

(*) Miescher might have described it in 1856 but not automated sequencing I dont think he did that
