Strangely enough of my grandsons just rang up and he mentioned it. He said it gave a bit of background to what we knew and also the views of some people we had not yet heard from I might watch it .

there is another long series - I could only stomach ( swallow) one hour's worth [of six I think]
and there seemed to be a lot around of starlets who never made it - put up with it
and now they fella is dead
it was the most AAARRRFUL thing that ever happened. cue the performances of their lives. They are scarred and can only be cured by a cheque - a Very Large One Indeed.

Just watched the first episode of J E. Not a happy watch but in fact much more "interesting" than I expected. A lot of insight into the influence on people and institutions that he had as well as testimony from the schoolgirls involved. It is in four parts. One is enough for me for tonight.

Yes but I've forgotten what it was like to be 14 15 16 and fortunately I never knew what it was like to be unloved and uneducated . Hard up - yes but always secure. Too difficult to put it down to just doing it for the money.
