As usual, in the trailers for this programme, ITV has spoiled it for everyone. They show JC shouting, “you’ve just won a million pounds.”

If you made a note of the colour of his shirt when he says it, there’s no need to watch that episode. Just check in at the beginning then go and watch something else .

Revealing that there is actually a £1m winner in this series is a good marketing ploy. Just think how many folk will be watching each episode, hoping to see the money being won. And, if i was a gambling man (ahem!), i'd totally agree with Zebo and would be willing to double his bet :-)

I think JC is brilliant. Much better than the smarmy Chris.
It’s exciting to know someone’s going to win the big one. All the contestants so far have been good. Will it be him, will it be her..?

Fifteen to One was ruined for me by spinning it out to a full hour, most of the extra time it seemed being filled by talking to the contestants. For me at least that added nothing of value.

Wlliam H Gardners little helper used to cut expenses for each prog to around £50 - and that was for the whole 15!

I think sometimes Jeremy Clarkson’s knowledge waxes and wanes according to the contestant,remember Little Bighorn?As for fifteen to one it’s not the hour that necessarily spoilt it’s Sandi Toksvig whose done that,hopefully it’ll be “lights out” for her on T V soon.

Sandi is brilliant on QI, but 15 to 1 does feel quite laborious and doesn’t allow her comedy and personality to shine through.

Can't stand Clarkson so never watch this, but I do want to see the millionaire winner, but like someone has already said, it will probably be on the last night! Much prefer the re-runs with Chris Tarrant.

I love the way JC gently takes the micky out of the contestants, so funny. Can't agree with the accusation that his knowledge waxes and wanes according to the contestant g01. But then I like him.

Great that they’ve paid their debt to the British taxpayer. Quite right too. I do, however, find it curious that within days of acquiring their lucrative contract with Netflix the couple have cancelled a massive fundraiser for Invictus Games, planned for next June and due to be broadcast by Netflix’s rival, Amazon - allegedly due to Coronavirus.

I too think they should abandon their titles. If they want to go it alone, no one is stopping them, but whilst they are attached to those titles they aren’t going it alone. They’re trading on their royal status.

I may as well answer this whilst I'm here. I like Jeremy and I like 'Millionaire' - but I would have not known about the newest winner. The suspense is ruined.
