Also I would much prefer to see Marcus Wareing and Monica Galetti judge this as well.When the idiot goes round and starts questioning a contestant what he/she is cooking they produce a wet fish and beat him around his stupid head.

Marcus Waring and Monica Galleti only judge the Professionals series, which seems right as it accents the difference between the 2 series.
And Tony is right anout the financial rewards. Most finalists get book or tv deals, even their own restaurant ...I see quite a few making telly appearances.
