It was a difficult watch. Quite horrific and sad but will continue watching next week.

I know it is said that this part of history isn't taught in schools but I'm pretty sure I was taught it somewhere in my life. I recall years ago reading about some stories of slaves in ships and how they were treated. I remember feeling sick and horrified just as I did when I first learnt about the French Revolution and the guillotine!
