While I definitely don't subscribe to the theory that these programmes are fixed I did feel that some of the Chasers got some very simple questions wrong and took a long time to answer some questions with the result that twice they have won a huge amount of money - am I just being ultra suspicious?

I felt just the same!! They were determined to give £200,000 to charity, come what may. So basically it was rigged but for a good reason.
I have sewn a seed of doubt now.
Celebrity game show versions always get a 'little assistance '

Afterall , it's for charity
It doesn't bother me
I've always thought (and posted here) that the Chasers occasionally give wrong answers intentionally. In a recent episode Shaun Wallace - who often loses - was asked about Heston Blumenthal's restaurant, and gave the name as 'The Fat Bray'.

In another he was asked about a Belgian surrealist painter and said 'Matisse' instead of Magritte - no way did he think Matisse was a surrealist!

or Belgian.
Didn’t Patrick Kielty do well on the show which was shown last night .Well done lad
I thought exactly the same
